Childlike Poetry

I have no poetry flowing this week.  However, Princess daughter (8 yo) wrote a sweet poem:

February 2009 008

Sunshine and meadows

are such a sight,

When I see flowers

It’s such  delight.

It is so encouraging to watch them attempt to develop writing skills.

Now let's not tax the poor girl to death and ask for an analysis of what she "really means" in her poem.. :) Very sweet sentiments...keep encouraging the little writer you have...

Very good! Maybe deeper than she knows.
