Welcome

Hi, I am mom2six-treasures, aka Nancy.  I have been married to my Precious husband since 1984.  We have six children whom I have been homeschooling for about 17 years.  Our children range from eldest, Darling daughter, who has been married for three years to our Dear son-in-law and had our first grandchild, Little One, Christmas Day 2010.  We have three teenage sons, Challenge son, Helpful son, and Fun son.  Finally our youngest two are Sensitive son and Princess daughter.

I have been privileged to know Jesus since I was 9. He blesses me daily.  Daily I strive to seek and follow my Savior and bring glory to His kingdom. This blog is where I share those blessings and what I am learning as a daughter of the King of Glory.

My favorite Scripture verse is Isaiah 45:3:

       I will give you the treasures of darkness,
       riches stored in secret places,
       so that you may know that I am the LORD,
       the God of Israel, who summons you by name.

Hence the title of this blog, Treasures of Darkness. Even when I can’t see where God is leading and I don’t understand the plan through faith I believe and trust that He is calling my name.  God never waste anything and turns everything glorious that we yield to Him.
